One consolidated checkpoint, all concourses airside
Pittsburgh moved to a single security checkpoint on level three of its new landside terminal in late 2025, with about a dozen TSA lanes. Past it you cross a short skybridge with moving walkways into the airside terminal core, and from there Concourses A, B, C and D all connect within the secure area. You clear once and can reach any gate on foot, no train needed.
PreCheck and CLEAR at the single checkpoint
Because everything funnels through one checkpoint, TSA PreCheck and CLEAR both sit there rather than being split by terminal. PreCheck lanes run at the main checkpoint, and CLEAR is positioned near the ticketing escalators on the landside level, with kiosks at the checkpoint itself. There is also a PreCheck enrollment office at the airport. With a single checkpoint, there is no wrong line to pick.
